Here are the patch notes for Elden Ring’s Patch 1.04

October 2022 · 11 minute read

Elden Ring has been updated once again and with Patch 1.04 new functions have been added alongside a ton of balancing fixes that buff weapons and tweak sorcery.

Patch 1.04 rolled out on April 19 to all versions of the game, both PC and console alike. Those who take advantage of large weapons like Colossal Swords will be happy to hear the attack speed has been buffed and recovery time lowered.

Casters, on the other hand, may not have been so lucky. Some spells have received small buffs while others have been hit with nerfs to bring things more into line with others.

There were plenty of bugs remedied in the patch including problems with the game’s audio and visuals, NPCs, text, and more.
